IIT Software Engineers' Community has successfully organized a Seminar on "Are software engineers preparing for 4th Industrial revolution?" on September 14th, 2019. Dr. Kazi Muheymin-Us-Sakib was the program chair of the seminar.Students from different departments of different universities including University of Dhaka, who are interested to disruptive technologies and trends such as the internet of things (IoT), robotics, virtual reality and artificial intelligence registered to join the seminar. About 150 students were present on the venue to attend the seminar,
The speakers talked about the gap between the software industry and academia. Not only that, a project showcasing ceremony was held in IIT at the end. The guests of the seminar were:
